Troubleshooting for Connection Problem -2.4ghz WIFI(2)

2.Make sure you are connecting your ZUMIMALL device to a 2.4 GHz WiFi network and your phone or mobile device is connected to the same 2.4 Ghz network that you are trying to connect your camera to. (The camera only support to 2.4ghz WIFI not 5Ghz WIFI)
