Warranty and Returns
ZUMIMALL provides warranty service and customer support to products purchased from this website and our Amazon only.
Wireless security products purchased direct from our website come with a 3 years’ limited warranty.
Accessories with lifetime warranty include:
Warranty for any replaced units - from the date of arrival.
Make sure you register your product within 1 year and you will receive an extended 6 months. The warranty will begin from the date of invoice.
Limitation of Damages
ZUMIMALL is not responsible for any warranty supplied promised by resellers, wholesale distributors or any other third party businesses.
If you received any form of guaranty or warranty from another supplier, please ensure they provide you with the correct documents to protect your rights.
If the above document is not legitimate ZUMIMALL is not responsible for any faults or damages including loss of data stored on memory cards or on the Cloud.
Returns & Refunds Policy
ZUMIMALL is about true customer satisfaction. So if you are not happy with your product - and our security product does not meet your expectations you can request a refund or credit from within 15 days of the purchase date. Product needs to be returned by the customer in it's full packaging with the entire contents.
Once the 15 days post purchase date has passed, you are only eligible for replacement or a repair. ZUMIMALL is not responsible for any refunds after the 15 days of the purchase date.
In order for a customer to receive a replacement or parts you need to inform us within 15 days of receiving the product.
Any ZUMIMALL cameras or accessories purchased from other channels other than this website are subject to that channels policies. ZUMIMALL is not responsible for third party refunds and returns.
If you’re not happy with any of the accessories that came with your product - we will happily replace it, or issue you a full refund for the accessory. The replacement products will be shipped out with standard (non-express) delivery.
Returns Within Warranty Period
If the ZUMIMALL camera becomes faulty within the official warranty period (36 months), you can return the product for a repair or offer a variety of replacement or discount purchase options.
Past the 15 days but within the 36-month warranty, a full refund is not available. A replacement or repair is acceptable - but the customer will bear any freight costs for returns and shipping of repaired products.
If the product is not faulty but damaged or misused ZUMIMALL is not responsible. In the case that the product is faulty on receiving it - you can get a full-refund or replacement.
Return Products within 15 Days for Refund
Product Condition for Returns or Replacements:
- Returned in its original packaging, and shipped with tracking.
- All accessories and documentation including manuals need to be returned in original condition.
- Product must have no marks, dents, cracks or scratches or defects.
- A tracking number is provided when the item is returned.
Once we receive the return we will inspect the product to ensure it has met the above requirements. If the ZUMIMALL product fails the inspection it will be rejected. You will need to pay for the additional repair of the product and the shipping of the repaired product.
