We will assess the situation and confirm if it involves a product quality issue.)
Within 30 days of arrival, if there is a product quality issue such as functional failure or other defects, please contact customer service for replacement or refund. Replacement with the same model of used phone is available. If the same model is not available, we offer options of other models of equal value or a refund of 60%.
Within 60 days of arrival, if there is a product issue such as functional failure or other defects, please contact customer service for replacement (regardless of condition) or a refund of 30%.
Please note that the following situations will not be covered by after-sales service due to the varying degrees of use in second-hand cameras:
- Normal wear and tear
- Accidental damage
- Malfunction caused by improper usage
- Non-original accessories or unauthorized repairs
- Damaged or lost accessories
- Warranty period expired
