Why can't I receive message notifications after I exit the app?

For IOS Phone:
1.Please enable the relevant settings in the app.
*Camera Settings→ Open Receive Alert Notifications
*Me→Settings→ Open ln-App Alert Sound.

2.Enable relevant notification permissions in phone settings.

For Android Phone:

1.1.Please enable the relevant settings in the app.
*Camera Settings→ Open Receive Alert Notifications
*Me→Settings→ Open Pop up when receiving amessage and Message service resident

2.Enable relevant notification permissions in phone settings.
Please locate the ZUMIMALL app in your phone settings and grant notification permission.
Enable notification access for all categories.

Note: Settings pages may vary across different system versions and phone models.

Some phones may only receive notifications when the app is running in the background, so if the app is cleared from the background, notifications may not be pushed.

If you wish to keep the app running in the background, you can lock the app to prevent it from being automatically cleared. Pls check the screenshot steps.

Typically, if an Android phone displays the message "The resident message service has been enabled..." in the notification bar, it indicates that the phone can receive alarm notifications at that time.

If not, it may be necessary to check the settings and whether the app is running in the background.
