Orders placed on ZUMIMALL official website can be shipped from our three localized warehouses based on your destination country:

1. Shipping from US Warehouse (to US domestic) & DE Warehouse (to EU countries)
Customers can choose from three shipping methods when ordering from our US or Germany warehouses:

Flat Rate:
- For order price $0 - $29.00, charge $2.99
- For order price $29.01 - $98.99, charge $4.99
- For order price $99.00 and above, Free shipping - USPS: Automatically calculated at checkout based on total product weight.
- UPS: Automatically calculated at checkout based on total product weight.
2. Shipping from China Warehouse (to Worldwide)
- All Shipping Methods: Automatically calculated at checkout based on total product weight rules.

Flat Rate:
- I ordered more than one item. Will they all be delivered at the same time?
- We try to make sure all your items reach you at the same time. Sometimes our products are not always sent together since different shipping options can be used, depending on the product. Once an item has been shipped, you will receive a shipment notification email.
- Can I change the delivery address of my package after it has been shipped out?
- Unfortunately, we cannot change the shipment once the product is en route.
- What do I need to do when I received a different product than what I ordered?
