3.Make sure you choose the correct WiFi network SSID (network name) and enter the right password. 

A: Yes: Proceed to the next step.

B: No:Pls check the following tips. 

(a)Please delete the WIFI network on your phone and reconnect by entering the password again to confirm if the password is correct.

(b)Please Input the right password without any space, and pls note the upper and lower case letters.
