What could I do if the camera could not be powered on?

1. Please check if the camera can be charged and ensure it's fully charged.

Note: The charging indicator lights up when charging successfully. It turns red during charging and blue when fully charged. If charging fails, troubleshoot using this link:

2. For battery camera, ensure you press and hold the power button for more than 5 seconds.

For plugged-in cameras, ensure the adapter and outlet are functional. If the indicator doesn't light up when plugged in, please try changing the adapter and the outlet.

Note: Hold the power button for an additional two seconds after the light comes on to ensure successful camera startup.

If the light comes on and the red light flashes rapidly for a few seconds before turning off, it indicates low battery. Try charging it first.

Power Button: Note that the power button and charging interface are typically covered by waterproof silicone. Open the silicone cover to operate.
