1.Find the login website, username, and password on the sticker attached to the router body. The password might have been changed during router setup, so enter the actual one accordingly.
2.Open your browser on a device already connected to WiFi (such as your phone or computer), then enter the login URL.
Fill in your username and password to sign in.
3.After logging in, please locate and click into the wireless settings page.
4.Enable the 2.4GHz WIFI and Disable the 5GHz WIFI.
5.Save the settings and restart the router to apply the changes.
